Luxury Equestrian Network Event Waiver & Release of Liability

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND PHOTO ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for and/or attending this Luxury Equestrian Network ("LEN") event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Walking on uneven terrain, gravel, dirt, grass, or other outdoor surfaces.

  • Entering private residences, construction sites, farms, ranches, barns, equestrian facilities, commercial properties, or other venues.

  • The presence of horses and other animals, whether participating in demonstrations, competitions, or simply present on the property.

  • Observation of equestrian activities, demonstrations, or competitions.

  • Interaction with construction areas, equipment, architectural features, or other site-specific conditions.

  • The service and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

  • Weather-related conditions and other hazards associated with indoor and outdoor events.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation, whether known or unknown.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

  • Luxury Equestrian Network

  • Modern Equestrian Design Inc.

  • The event venue

  • Property owners

  • Event hosts

  • Sponsors

  • Speakers and presenters

  • Volunteers

  • Employees

  • Independent contractors

  • Affiliates

  • Successors and assigns

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my attendance or participation in the event, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such liability cannot legally be waived.

Alcohol Responsibility

If alcoholic beverages are served, I acknowledge that consumption is entirely voluntary. I agree to drink responsibly, comply with all applicable laws, and make appropriate transportation arrangements if I consume alcohol. I accept full responsibility for my own actions and decisions regarding alcohol consumption.

Conduct

I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, hosts, venue staff, homeowners, sponsors, presenters, and animals. I will follow all instructions provided by event organizers and venue representatives, including any safety requirements, photography restrictions, footwear requirements, or other venue-specific policies.

I understand that failure to comply with event rules may result in my removal from the event without refund.

Photography & Media

Unless otherwise communicated for a specific event, I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and may be used by Luxury Equestrian Network for marketing, editorial, educational, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

If a venue has photography or recording restrictions, I agree to fully comply with those restrictions.

Responsibility for Guests

If I register or bring guests, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure they are informed of and comply with all event rules, venue policies, and safety requirements.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to obtain emergency medical assistance on my behalf if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment

I certify that:

  • I have carefully read this Release of Liability.

  • I understand its contents.

  • I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.

  • I voluntarily agree to these terms as a condition of attending this Luxury Equestrian Network event.
