WHO MAKES A GREAT CHAPTER DIRECTOR?
Industry Experts. Natural Connectors.
Our ideal Chapter Directors are established equestrian professionals with demonstrated experience and relationships within the equestrian industry.
They may be architects, interior designers, builders, equestrian real estate specialists, landscape architects, facility designers, manufacturers, or other equestrian professionals whose work directly serves equestrian properties and their owners.
Beyond professional expertise, we're looking for individuals who:
Have an established business or professional career with meaningful connections to the equestrian industry.
Are respected in their field and genuinely enjoy introducing people and building relationships.
Understand the value of collaboration among the many disciplines involved in equestrian property design and development.
Are enthusiastic about organizing gatherings and creating opportunities for others.
Have the initiative, organizational skills, and local relationships to develop an active chapter.

THE ROLE OF A CHAPTER DIRECTOR
Local Leadership. Meaningful Impact.
Chapter Directors serve as local ambassadors for the Luxury Equestrian Network, helping establish and grow a vibrant professional community in their region.
Working in collaboration with LEN, directors are responsible for:
Hosting Curated Events
Plan and coordinate approximately four local events annually, ranging from intimate networking gatherings and educational discussions to private property tours and industry experiences.
Developing Sponsorships
Identify and secure local sponsors to help support chapter events, working with businesses that align with LEN's mission and professional audience.
Growing the Membership Community
Introduce qualified industry professionals to LEN, share membership opportunities, and help develop a strong and engaged regional network.
Building Meaningful Relationships
Serve as a local connector, encouraging introductions, collaboration, referrals, and ongoing engagement among members.
Representing the LEN Brand
Uphold the network's professional standards, values, and commitment to excellence in equestrian property design, development, and welfare.
Chapter Directors manage these activities alongside their existing professional careers, with support and collaboration from LEN's broader network.

Membership & Chapter Director Benefits
Chapter Directors are active Professional Members of the Luxury Equestrian Network, with an annual membership investment of $2,995.
In addition to the editorial exposure, professional visibility, events, and collaborative opportunities included with Professional Membership, Chapter Directors receive a commission on new memberships they bring into the network.
This commission structure is intended to recognize the time and effort directors invest in growing their communities and provide an additional source of revenue that can help support local chapter activities and events.
Chapter leadership is an independent, supplemental professional opportunity—not a salaried or full-time position.
The greatest rewards often extend beyond commissions: stronger professional relationships, increased visibility for their businesses, new collaborations, and the satisfaction of helping build a thriving industry community.
