Welcome to the Luxury Equestrian Network (“LEN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Modern Equestrian Design Inc.. By accessing or using the Luxury Equestrian Network online community platform, mobile app, website, events portal, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Community

Luxury Equestrian Network is a curated professional community created to connect individuals and companies involved in luxury equestrian real estate, architecture, design, construction, equestrian facilities, land stewardship, and related industries.

Our mission is to foster meaningful relationships, professional collaboration, educational opportunities, and thoughtful discussion surrounding equestrian properties, equine welfare, and luxury country living.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the authority to enter into these Terms.

  • Any information you provide is accurate and current.

  • Your participation aligns with the professional standards and values of the community.

Membership approval is at the sole discretion of LEN.

3. Membership & Access

Access to certain areas of the Platform may require an active paid membership.

Membership benefits, pricing, and features may change at any time without prior notice.

LEN reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny membership applications

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Remove content or restrict access

  • Refuse renewal of membership at our discretion

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Community Standards & Conduct

Members agree to engage professionally and respectfully.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct

  • Defamatory or false statements

  • Spam, solicitation, or excessive self-promotion

  • Sharing confidential or proprietary information without permission

  • Posting offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate material

  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the Platform’s security

  • Misrepresenting affiliations, credentials, or experience

LEN reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

5. Professional Relationships & Referrals

The Platform is intended to facilitate networking and collaboration among professionals and members of the equestrian community.

LEN does not:

  • Guarantee business opportunities, referrals, or financial results

  • Endorse or verify all member qualifications

  • Assume responsibility for agreements or disputes between members

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into business relationships or transactions.

6. User Content

Members may post content including:

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Project information

  • Real estate listings

  • Articles

  • Comments

  • Messages

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Luxury Equestrian Network (“LEN”) a limited, non-exclusive license to display and share your content within the Platform as intended for community participation and engagement.

LEN will not use member-posted content, photography, or materials for external marketing, advertising, editorial features, or promotional purposes without the member’s permission, unless such content was specifically submitted for those purposes.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content you post

  • Your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Your content complies with applicable laws

LEN reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform branding, logos, graphics, editorial materials, videos, written content, and design elements are owned by LEN or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use of LEN intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Real Estate Listings & Professional Information

Any real estate listings, professional profiles, or project information shared on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only.

LEN does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of listings or descriptions

  • Availability of properties

  • Licensing status of professionals

  • Compliance with local laws or regulations

Members are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable licensing, advertising, disclosure, and professional regulations.

9. Events & Photography

By attending LEN events, whether virtual or in person, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured.

LEN may use these materials for:

  • Editorial coverage

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Promotional materials

  • Future event promotion

If you prefer not to appear in media coverage, please notify LEN in writing prior to the event.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We respect the privacy of our members and strive to protect personal information; however, no digital platform can guarantee complete security.

Members are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and confidential information.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, or external content.

LEN is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content

  • External websites

  • Products or services offered by others

  • Business interactions between members and third parties

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

LEN makes no warranties regarding:

  • Continuous availability

  • Accuracy of information

  • Business outcomes

  • Suitability for any specific purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEN disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEN, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Reliance on information shared within the community

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEN and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms

15. Termination

LEN may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
