  • Access the Google Drive

    Your shared Google Drive folder contains everything you need to begin—templates, contracts, sample outreach emails, sponsor materials, media kits, onboarding tools, event resources, and brand assets. Once opened, simply click the folder name at the top and select “Add shortcut to Drive”, then choose where you’d like it to live in your own Drive. This ensures you’ll always have the most current versions of all documents and resources as they’re updated over time.

  • Schedule Kick-off Meeting

    Once you’ve had a chance to explore your Google Drive folder and review your materials, the next step is to schedule your Kick-Off Meeting. This dedicated hour allows us to walk through your Chapter Director tools in detail, discuss your goals for your region, review best practices, and answer any questions you may have before officially launching your chapter. It’s also a great opportunity to talk through early outreach, timeline planning, and upcoming events so you feel fully supported and prepared.

    Inside your Drive, you’ll find a collection of tools designed to guide you through your first 30–60 days, including the event planning checklist, sponsorship pitch templates, chapter launch timeline, suggested outreach emails, and the full branding guide with usage instructions. Spend some time getting familiar with these resources—they’ll help ensure your launch is smooth, organized, and set up for success.
